  • Grades: 7-12 
  • Fees: $150
  • Description: Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting programs. Olympic Weightlifting consists of two overhead movements called the snatch and clean & jerk. Powerlifting is ground based and consists of three movements the back squat, deadlift, and bench press. Both are excellent ways to create more explosion and power for sport! No experience needed. Willingness to push yourself and work hard. earn new things and create more confidence for yourself.
  • Season: Mid-November through March
  • Times/Dates: Practices are held after school, Monday-Thursday, in the weight room.
