Below are some important reminders.

MASKS - Masks are not required, but recommended for the outdoor ceremony and strongly recommended for the indoor ceremony.

HAND SANITIZING - There will be hand sanitizer available at the entrances and we strongly encourage you to use it as you enter.

MULTIPLE VIEWING OPTIONS - We are excited to offer multiple ways for individuals to enjoy the graduation ceremony, including a masked only section in the bleachers, indoor seating for livestream viewing in the Mraz Center, and a livestream site that can be viewed from home, or anywhere in the world. More information and links to reserve masked only section or Mraz seating are below.

ARRIVAL FOR THE CEREMONY (GRADUATES) - Graduates are expected to be in the gym and seated by 5:30 p.m. Graduates should plan to arrive at 5:15 PM to make this happen. All graduates should park in the northwest lot (bus drop-off), enter the building through the Door 18 (E-commons), and go to the gym to be seated.

ARRIVAL FOR THE CEREMONY (GUESTS) - Entry to the stadium will begin at 4:30 p.m.  Entry to the stadium will be through the main stadium entrance next to our main parking lot and the northeast entrance by the tennis court parking lots. Guests are able to park in the front main parking lot, the northeast parking lot by the tennis courts, and on streets designated for parking.

SEATING - After entry, guests will be directed to seating locations. Guests may sit in the home bleachers, visitor bleachers, or also the grassy areas inside the stadium on both ends of the visitor bleachers. Guests are not allowed to stand along the fence surrounding the field. Guests arriving late will need to wait to be seated until the graduates have processed in for the ceremony.

DURING CEREMONY - Guests will need to remain seated throughout the ceremony, except if they need to use the restroom or have an emergency.  There will be no congregating in aisles, walkways, or the areas around the concession stands.  There will be no concessions available.

END OF CEREMONY - Our graduates will circle the track at the end of the ceremony for the traditional tossing of their caps. Once graduates have tossed their caps, guests are then welcome to meet their graduate on the field or other places on school grounds.

HANDICAPPED SEATING - There is handicap seating available in the bleachers on the bottom row.  These seats cannot be reserved, but will be available and used only for handicap seating.  If you have questions about the handicap seating, please contact Abby Katzmarek at 952-707-2134.

MASKED ONLY SECTION -  If you signed up for the masked only section, please look for that designated area in the home bleachers.

MRAZ CENTER SEATING - If you signed up for tickets for the Mraz Center, please go directly there, provide your name to the individual checking in, and seat yourself.

LIVESTREAM - The graduation ceremony will be live-streamed.

PROHIBITED ITEMS - For the safety of all guests and out of respect for all guests, please do not bring backpacks, handbags larger than a purse, or other bags to the event.  Balloons, flower bouquets, signs, and noisemakers are not permitted.  Please reserve these and other similar items for your independent family celebrations.

RAIN DATE - If weather conditions do not permit an outdoor ceremony Friday evening, the ceremony will be moved to Saturday evening with a start time of 6 p.m.  If an outdoor ceremony is not possible Saturday evening, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the gym.  Each graduate will be limited to three guests. Graduates will receive three tickets at rehearsal in case of an indoor ceremony.

PROGRAMS -  Each graduate will receive two keepsake commencement booklets at rehearsal.  We will not be distributing booklets at graduation, but will provide a program for the ceremony. A QR Code will be provided to link to the full booklet from your phone if you would prefer to view it in full.
